“For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, bestowing his riches on all who call on him. For “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!” Romans 10:12-15
The nations await, the harvest is ripe, the people are ready, but the laborers are few. God is pouring out His Spirit on all flesh and the whole earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea. He is moving mightily and raising up an army of people to go and proclaim His salvation to the nations. When His salvation is proclaimed through His word, His word is like a sharp, double edged sword penetrating to the heart, breaking chains of bondage and setting people free. People are transferred out of the kingdom of darkness into the love and light of Christ. The field is ripe for the harvest. Many of you know I have spent the past three months in Zambia doing an Advanced Missions Training Program with Overland Missions, during this time God has re-ignited a passion and fire in me for missions that has always been there just was a little dormant for a season. However, I now feel like a volcano about to explode. God has made Himself so real to me through His word and my experiences in Africa. His heart and love for the nations is so strong that the more I spent time with Him and abided in the rivers of His love, the more my heart began to beat as one with His heart. I know that He is leading me to be on the mission’s field full time. Long story short, I decided to join staff with Overland Missions whom I did the Advanced Missions Training with for three months. I will be a sector missionary in an area in Africa. This means I will live there full time and help pioneer the gospel and be a part of discipleing the people who come to the Lord. The place I will be in is predominately Muslim. There is already a missionary who has started the work of the kingdom there and he has a great connection with a local church. Right now is like a Kairos moment to go in and hit the area with the light of Christ while the doors are open. I will be spending the next few months fundraising to get back on the field and get about the Father’s business. I am really excited, because God has given me a heart to reach Muslims and this is a great open door which I am excited to walk through. I am seeking out monthly partners who have a heart for missions to connect with whom God would lay on their hearts to support the work of the kingdom in Africa financially and in prayer through me. I am going to be connecting with churches to speak at and share the vision God has given this ministry and placed on my heart to find partners who want to get behind that vision and support this work of the kingdom. Once I am on the mission’s field after being funded I will be sending newsletters with pictures to keep all my partners updated of the awesome things God is doing. I am so ready to get on the field and be an arrow of fire setting that area ablaze with God’s light. I would love to connect with anyone who would want to meet and talk more about partnering with me over dinner or coffee to share about the awesome work God is doing. I have so many testimonies of God’s goodness from the short three months I was in Africa and this is only the beginning. Thanks so much for those who supported and prayed for me the last three months. You were present with me every second and apart of every salvation and miracle; because you partnered with me and empowered me to be on the field doing the work of the kingdom. Love you family. I will keep you updated on this next step and the fundraising process. My goal is to be fully funded by January, so I can get about the Father’s business quickly. If you know anyone who would want me to speak at their church or would want to connect with me I would be excited to share this vision with them. Who knows maybe God will call you out to Africa to do an expedition or a three month training program or become a partner. The harvest is so ripe and God is pouring out His glory over all the earth. Are you ready to be apart of shaking the nations for His glory?
